Can I have my wedding or afterparty at the Aspen House?
We do not allow parties, weddings or afterparties at the Aspen House. We want our guests to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay at our Airbnb rental property. As such, we kindly request that our guests refrain from hosting these events on the premises. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and well-being of all of our guests, as well as to maintain the integrity of our property.
Can I check in early/check out late?
To ensure housekeeping has enough time to prepare the house for the next guest, early check-in & late checkout requests can't be determined until a week before your stay.
Is the Aspen House a part of Rock Island?
No, the Aspen House is not a Rock Island property. Consider the Aspen House a preferred vendor. All inquiries and questions must go through your Airbnb host.
Can I have extra people stay over?
We understand that sometimes your plans may change, and you may need to accommodate additional guests during your stay.
If you find yourself needing to host extra guests overnight, we are delighted to welcome them for an additional fee. For each person staying overnight above the capacity of 12, a charge of $100 per person per night will be applied. Please keep in mind we do not provide air mattresses or extra beds.
Does Rock Island provide transportation to and from the Aspen House?
Rock Island does not offer transportation services to and from the Aspen House. As a result, the responsibility for arranging transportation lies with the guests themselves. For those who prefer a more active mode of transportation, the Aspen House is conveniently located within walking distance of Rock Island.
